Грошова допомога на зимовий період українським біженцям у Грузії

The programme targets low-income Ukrainian individuals and households with socio-economic vulnerabilities currently residing in Georgia.

To ensure that support reaches those most in need, ERC applies vulnerability-based selection criteria. The main vulnerability categories include:

• Single-parent households with at least one child under 18
• Households with children under the age of 6
• Households including persons with specific needs (disability and/or chronic illness)
• Households with elderly persons (aged 60 or older)

All vulnerabilities must be verified with relevant supporting documents. Meeting a vulnerability criterion is required to participate but does not guarantee receipt of assistance. Pre-approval decisions are based on the information provided by the applicant, who represents the household in communication with the ERC team.

(Please gather these documents before filling out the application form. All listed documents are mandatory to upload.)

• Proof of Location - Any recent document confirming that you live in the specified city or village (e.g., medical certificate, child’s school enrolment, utility bill with your name on it, or similar)
• Identification documents of all household members
• Proof of Household Composition - Passports (or ID documents) of all household members together
• Disability Proof - If applicable, an official document confirming disability status

Eligible households who pass the assessment and verification will receive a one-time cash transfer of 1,500 GEL (equivalent to 500 GEL per month for 3 months). The transfer will be sent directly to the applicant’s bank account at the beginning of the winter season.

Households can request and receive similar assistance from other humanitarian organisations after ending the assistance period without the need to wait, subject to the eligibility and selection criteria of each organisation.

Humanitarian aid is always free of charge. To apply, you will need to share personal information, which will be kept secure and only accessed by ERC staff involved in processing your application. 

After submitting the form, our team will review it and notify you of the decision within three weeks via the email address specified in the online form. If necessary, the team will also inform you about the need to provide additional information. Please read the conditions carefully before applying.
